About Me

I bring a sharp eye, good taste and a fun, easy going personality to every project. I have an extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails and hospitality from my years as a bartender at acclaimed bars including, The Dead Rabbit, named the World’s Best Bar by both Tales of the Cocktail and World’s 50 Best Bars, and Katana Kitten , named World’s 50 Best - Best New Bar Opening in 2019 and Best American Bar by Tales of the Cocktail.

I was also a member of the team at Liquid Productions , an industry leader in beverage consultation and education, and developing and delivering world class cocktails for large scale events.
